Stage 1: Introduction
At Action Signs, we like to get things right the first time. To make sure we really understand the vision and goals behind a design, we start each project with a client consultation. During this meeting, we get to know the client, their brand personality and their aesthetic preferences. With over 15 years of experience, we’re able to provide our clients with realistic and honest suggestions for which of our services will be best for their budget and business goals. During this initial meeting, we provide a fully transparent estimate of overall costs and work with you from there.
Stage 2: Design
Our design phase is a collaboration between our in-house designers & the client. We start with a sketch, incorporating details and nuances unique to the brand personality. Our team goes back & forth with the client until the design is perfect. No matter the size of the project, we want our clients to say “Yes, I love it!”
Stage 3: Prep & Production
Before any major printing jobs, we bring the client in to do a color sample. Since colors inevitably look different on a computer screen, we want to make sure our clients are getting exactly what they envision. Once design and colors are finalized, the project moves into our production schedule. A typical turnaround time is 5-7 days, while smaller projects can usually be completed in 2-3 days.
Stage 4: Installation
While we always do our best to expedite production, our number one priority is attention to detail. No matter the size of the project, our team remains patient, precise and particular.
Stage 5: Follow Up
At Action Signs, we value the relationships we build with our clients and always strive to maintain them beyond delivery.
